This multi-purpose cargo bicycle becomes a mobile classroom when parked on the street or at a school or a community center. Thus, it becomes a different kind of vehicle, engaging visitors through workshops and by providing a real-life scale model of what a mobile garden and a compost bin would look like. 'Velocommerce' is all about the mobility of property, and it challenges notions of ownership and private capital.
